Wraparound Care Manager

St John’s C of E Academy will be extending their Wraparound Care provision from September 2017. We are looking to employ Wraparound Care Manager to provide high standards of care and play opportunities for children between the ages of 4-11 years old. The Wraparound Care provision will include a Breakfast Club from 07.30 – 8.30am and an Afterschool Club from 15.30 – 18.00 each day.

As a Wraparound Care Manager you will be responsible for the planning and organisation of the day to day operations of the service to provide flexible childcare to children aged 4-11 before and after school. You will ensure the provision of high quality care and a comprehensive range of appropriate stimulating and creative activities, for example arts and crafts, storytelling, physical play and organising trips and outings appropriate to the needs and interests of the children in the service.

You would be expected to manage and work as a member of a team and wider school team contributing to children's learning and development within a safe and inclusive environment.

A flexible approach to working conditions will be required to work before and after school.
