West Bridgford Junior School are looking to appoint an experienced Administrative Assistant to work in our school office.

This will be a varied and interesting role, and previous experience in a school office will be an advantage. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, who is flexible within their role and able to produce high quality work despite regular interruptions throughout the day. 

We are looking for an individual with excellent organisational skills who conducts themselves in a friendly, supportive and professional manner. They will have the ability to stay calm at all times, and be understanding of the diverse needs of children, parents and other staff members. 

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, and experience of Scholarpack, ParentPay and FMS6 is desirable. 

Duties are varied but will include general reception and administrative duties, using the schools MIS software to maintain pupil records, working with the School Business Manager to prepare and process orders and invoices, maintaining registers for after school clubs and liaising with outside suppliers regarding order enquiries.
