Customer Service Technical Specialist
The Customer Service, Design and Build Team is looking for a passionate Technical Specialist to join their established build team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, agile team that never stands still. It’s busy every day, and every day brings new challenges and a need for creativity and innovation.
You will be part of a team, hugely committed to improvement and making changes that make it easier for residents to contact us and slicker and more efficient for staff and departments. You’ll need to have a collaborative style and approach and a proven track record in:
- Implement and support effective technical solutions
- Confidence and hands on experience with a range of contact centre technology
- Coaching and mentoring staff
- Working within and supporting a busy operational, front line service
You will also need to be flexible and have the ability to motivate their self-learning and development when using systems.
