You will undertake written quality assurance work with providers to ensure standards of care for our children are being met. Monthly invoicing for your allocated providers is completed to ensure costs are accurate and reflect the services being provided. You will participate in transition planning and placement support meetings with lead professionals, whereby you share creative ideas to sustain placements and support planned transitions to other settings.
