Are you an experienced leader, with significant knowledge of adoption, together with the drive and ambition required to lead the recently established D2N2 East Midlands Adoption agency towards a successful future.

Applications are sought from colleagues currently working for Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Derby City and Nottingham City Councils for the post of Group Manager - Adoption East Midlands, to cover the Derbyshire, Derby City, Nottinghamshire and Nottingham City (D2N2) area.

You must be able to evidence that you are an experienced leader, with significant knowledge of adoption, together with the drive and ambition required to successfully lead the recently established D2N2 East Midlands Adoption agency successfully into the future.

You will be employed by Nottinghamshire County Council as host Council for the Regional Adoption agency. However, you will be expected to work across the whole of the D2N2 region. You will report to a Regional Adoption Agency Board consisting of Assistant Director colleagues from the D2N2 Region. You must have a Social Work qualification and be HCPC registered, a full driving licence is also required.
