Residential Care Worker

We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional support to young people. You should be enthusiastic and possess high expectations for young people to achieve in every aspect of their lives. You will be committed to work with young people to secure positive outcomes for their future.
The post requires that you work a variety of shifts. These include early, late, weekends and bank holidays. You will support the resident group with their day to day needs under the direction and with support of the senior staff.
You must have a minimum of 6 months experience of working with children, young people or adults, either in a voluntary, paid work or other relevant setting. You must possess a good standard of literacy skills. If not already held, you will be expected to achieve the Children’s and Young People’s Workforce level 3 Diploma.
