An opportunity to join our existing dynamic team within Clayfields House.

Ideally situated a few miles from the M1, Clayfields House Secure Centre is licensed by the Department of Health and caters for young people aged 10-17, from a range of backgrounds and circumstances in providing care, education, planned group and individual experiences to those who are deemed to require secure accommodation.

We are looking for someone to join an established and successful catering team. Your main duties will be to assist with vegetable and basic food preparation as well as cleaning the kitchen and equipment.  Some duties will include direct contact with both staff and young residents, so your ability to relate well to a range of people will be important.

Duties will be on a 2 days a week rota which includes some weekend work (Weekend working enhancements paid).

The successful applicant will be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own.

Appointment to this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
