Required for the start of the Autumn Term 2016 (we anticipate for up to six months). Due to our PPA teacher going on maternity leave, the school require a KS2 PPA cover teacher to work four afternoons from Tuesday to Friday. The post would be suitable for a teacher on the MPS or UPS

The successful candidate will be an effective and dedicated classroom practitioner with very high expectations, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

•The ability to engage, inspire and motivate all children to succeed and the determination to ensure their school experience is positive and rewarding

•A consistent record of high quality teaching which results in children making better than expected progress

•Excellent behaviour management skills which result in a positive climate for learning

•An ability to work with parents effectively
