£7.52 - £7.66 per hour: A Living Wage Allowance is payable on all hours worked to bring the pay rate for this post up to £8.45 per hour

The Catering & Facilities Management Service are seeking to employ a 2 Temporary Cleaners (end date to be confirmed) at the Rufford Mill site to further enhance the cleaning standards on the site with immediate effect.

Post 1 - 7.15am – 9.45am Monday to Friday.

Post 2 -  7.15am - 9.45am Saturday and Sunday.

You will be responsible for the cleanliness of a designated cleaning area within the site. Duties will include vacuuming, washroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, wash of furniture and Window Cleaning (Oocasional use of electrical clean machinery i.e. Buffing Machine and Wet Pick Up).

We are therefore looking for candidates who enjoy working in a busy environment as part of a team of staff and able to communicate at all levels. Experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given. Although the successful candidates will play a vital role as part of a large team of staff, this post is predominately one where you will be expected to work using your own initiative and you will be expected to program your daily routine to meet the needs of the site. As this is a Wedding venue it is essential that you have a keen eye for details as high levels of presentation are required at all times. Some additional hours may be available for additional cleaning when covering weddings or other functions.
