Residential Care Assistant
Caudwell House in Southwell provides residential and short breaks for children aged 10 to 18 years with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and health needs. Caudwell House has been awarded outstanding by OFSTED and has a commitment to improve and develop services provided to children.
The post requires you to provide the highest standard of physical and emotional care, interact positively with the children, enable them to have a voice, contribute to a positive environment including the provision of play and leisure activities and to ensure the best outcomes enabling them to reach their full potential. You will be required to administer medication and perform health care procedures. Full training will be given.
