Admin Support Worker
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a part time Admin Support Worker to join our well known charity team at Citizens Advice Sherwood & Newark. We are looking for someone to offer administrative and office support to our clients, staff and volunteers. You will be a competent administrator who is able to work independently to help ensure the smooth running of our service, both remotely and in the offices.
As this is a busy and varied role, it is essential that you are extremely well organised with excellent attention to detail and a can do attitude. We want someone who is passionate about giving an effective service to those most in need.
We require a skilled admin support worker to provide admin support to the generalist service and casework team, you will need:
One years recent experience of office administration
Experience of word processing, Google Workplace and Windows based software
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise and meet deadlines
