An exciting opportunity has become available at our outstanding village primary school for a suitably qualified SEND teaching assistant. The post is full-time to start in the Summer Term. It will be initially for one year but with the possibility of extending this in the future, should funding be secured

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team and work with a child with social, emotional and mental health needs.

We would love to hear from someone who has experience of working 1:1 with a child in a school setting; is confident in dealing with challenging behaviours and will share our commitment to developing the best possible learning environment, in which all children can fulfil their potential. We are looking for someone who will bring a sense of energy, enthusiasm and passion to the role; is talented at building relationships with challenging children, is a good communicator with colleagues and parents and is calm, compassionate and considerate in their approach.
