We are looking for a part time(26hrs) Senior practitioner to oversee the Home Support Hub within the Specialist Support Team. We are looking for someone with CQC knowledge and experience of leading a team to meet the standards expected as a CQC regulated service.

The role can be challenging at times but also rewarding in so many ways. You will build positive relationships with staff, to develop the service in meeting the needs of the families we support to make a difference to each of their lives. 

You will be required to manage 2 full time Co-ordinators, 5 Team leaders and oversee the front-line support workers within the home support Hub in the delivery of safe, supportive, and positive care which includes personal and intimate care, across the whole county.

The Specialist Support team works 52 weeks, including evenings, weekends, and school holidays. 

You will be part of the management team and act for the other Senior practitioners to cover holidays and sickness and may need to cover the Team Manager at times. You will be part of a weekend rota (1 in 4) to provide management duty / on call cover.

This role is countywide but partly office based at Meadow House (Mansfield) therefore you will be required travel across the county, therefore a driving licence and use of a vehicle is essential.
