We are looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organised and methodical in all clerical tasks
  • Has experience of office administration and finance including managing school budgets, checking and managing the SCR, generate CTF files, organise DBS checks
  • Has exceptional communications skills
  • Is professional, enthusiastic, friendly and unflappable
  • Can prioritise workload and deal with interruptions to tasks and duties by responding efficiently
  • Is personable, has experience in a customer facing role and enjoys dealing with people, both in person and on the telephone
  • Is self-motivated, driven and is committed to providing the highest level of service
  • The successful candidate will have experience in administrative systems and working within a team
  • Is organised, flexible and has a professional approach to work
  • Has excellent IT skills and secure knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, is able to produce formal documents including, staff contracts and minute meetings etc
  • The ability to be proactive team player and assist all staff, students, parents and visitors
