Cover Supervisor

Selston High School wish to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join a friendly, dedicated and supportive team of staff. 

The role: Responsibility for supervising classes when staff members are absent, maintaining order and keeping students on task. When not covering for absent colleagues your duties will include providing support in lessons and assisting with administration. 

The Person: We are looking for someone with some supervisory experience coupled with the ability to work under pressure, foster excellent relationships and deal with people confidently, sensitively and diplomatically.

We need a person who can bring a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and who can work flexibly as needed to meet day to day operational needs.
