An exciting opportunity for the right person has become available we are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with drive and strong customer care focus. Excellent interpersonal, IT, literacy and numeracy skills and a commitment to team working. Someone who can show measurable impact as an individual member of staff with a passion for adult social care.

The successful applicant will have experience of managing staff be able to motivate and inspire them, able to build strong professional relationships with internal and external professionals and support the new Nott’s enabling service going forward which is a pilot for 18 months.

You will be required to support the Team Manager with the day to day running of the team and deputise in the manager’s absence. Provide leadership support and supervision to staff, and to support staff with case queries, to monitor the quality of incoming referrals in terms of accuracy and to allocate work to staff members. To ensure that all referrals are dealt with professionally and efficiently ensuring that the team objectives are met and to support the team in providing an efficient service of a high standard.  

The successful applicant will be offered an induction and relevant training to support them in this role. The role is for a fixed term of 18 months from date of appointment.
