£8.50 - £8.62 per hour. A Living Wage Allowance is payable on all hours worked to bring the pay rate for this post up to a minimum of £9.00 per hour.

The Catering & Facilities Management Service are looking to employ an additional cleaner at the Piazza Offices, Little Oak Lane, Sherwood Business Park, Annesley to further enhance the cleaning standards within the site with immediate effect. The successful candidate will be required to work between the hours of 6am – 8am, Monday to Friday, working a total of 10 hours per week.

We are looking for candidates who enjoy working in a busy environment as part of an Office focused team and who are able to communicate at all levels. Experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be given. Duties will include: vacuuming, washroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and washing of furniture and window cleaning. (Plus occasional use of electrical cleaning machinery i.e. buffing machine and wet pick-up).

The successful candidate will play a vital role as part of a team of cleaning staff. This post is predominately one where you will be expected to work using your own initiative, and you will be expected to programme your daily routine to meet the needs of the site. Protective clothing and other PPE will be provided as required.
