Care and Support Workers
We are looking for an individual with the aim of offering and providing the highest quality of care and support to the people have learning disabilities, to live within their community, for as long as they want or need such support.
You will work a variety of shifts. This will be over 7 days, including evening, waking nights, sleep-in, weekend and bank holiday working patterns.
You will be expected to provide personal care, promote independence where possible and contribute to the individual care and support plans of residents.
You will be expected to participate in a team working environment and perform a variety of household tasks, such as cooking and cleaning.
You will be expected to enhance the variety of ways in which to communicate to the people that live at the home
