Caudwell House in Southwell  provides residential and short breaks for young people aged 10 to 18 years with physical disabilities and/or health needs and associated learning disabilities.

Caudwell House has been "outstanding" with ofsed since 2011 and has a commitment to continue to improve and develop services for young people.

An opportunity has arisen for 2 full time, permanent Residential Social care workers. The posts will require you to provide the highest standard of physical and emotional care, interact positively with the young people, enable them to have a voice, contribute to a positive environment including the provision of play and leisure, work positively with parent, carers and other professionals, write reports and case notes and lead shifts. You will be required to perform personal and intimate care and health procedures and will be given full training by health professionals as part of the induction process.
