This is an exciting opportunity to join the service working with people to enable them to foster and maintain independence in all areas of their lives such as daily living skills, social inclusion, travel training and work/education opportunities. The role uses a strengths-based approach to enable service users to build on existing skills and further develop them in order to achieve goals in a safe and measured way using graded techniques such as travel training.

You will be enthusiastic and forward-thinking looking for a challenging and rewarding role and have good communication and record keeping skills and social care experience through paid employment or relevant experience or voluntary work.
