An opportunity to join our existing dynamic team within Clayfields House

Situated a few miles from the M1, Clayfields House Secure Children’s Home caters for children and young people between the ages of 10 and 18 who come from a range of backgrounds and circumstances.  We provide high quality care, bespoke education, planned group and individual experiences to those who are deemed to require secure accommodation.

We are looking for 3 Night Care Assistants to join our established night care teams

Spinal Column Point 5 – 7 + enhancements for weekend and bank holiday working and unsociable hours.

You will be required to participate in the bedtime routine of young people, monitor the welfare of young people overnight, operate security systems and perform some domestic tasks. You will be part of a rolling three-week rota covering every night of the year between 10.00pm and 8.00am.

The rota pattern is:

Week 1 – Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday

Week 3 – Monday, Tuesday

There is also the opportunity to cover annual leave and sickness.
