You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer care skills and communicate effectively at all times.

You must have excellent word processing skills, be competent in the use of spreadsheets and be able to provide management information and compile statistics. Therefore a wide knowledge of Microsoft packages is required.

Your duties will require you to prioritise work to adhere to strict deadlines. You will have proven experience of working on your own initiative but also the ability to work effectively as part of a team, so you must have good organisational skills and have good self-motivation. It is also essential that you are able to form positive relationships and have good interaction with staff in the teams you will be supporting.

You will be dealing with sensitive information relating to both customers and staff, so you must be aware of following GDPR and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

You must have an awareness of and commitment to Equality and Diversity and Health and Safety issues.

Days of work are Monday to Friday. Base is negotiable as we are working in a hybrid way, which allows the ability to work from home or other bases as appropriate and dependent on the needs of the service.

Disabled applicants who meet the essential shortlisting requirements will be guaranteed an interview. A job share scheme is available for all full-time posts: both permanent and temporary, unless otherwise stated. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and we expect all staff to share this commitment and undergo appropriate checks.
