£20,441 - £21,189 per annum (pro rata) (A Living Wage Allowance is payable on all hours worked to bring the pay rate for this post up to a minimum of £10.90 per hour)

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to join our busy and established team, providing invaluable business support to our Child Protection teams based at Meadow House, Mansfield.

You will possess a wide range of administrative skills and proven experience of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint. You should have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential and sometimes distressing information. 

Duties will include producing letters and other documentation, creating meeting invites, booking interpreters, data input and manipulation, issuing petty cash, as well as routine admin tasks. There will also be an expectation for you to cover reception on occasion. 

The ability to work flexibly within a team to achieve shared goals is essential. You will be able to work in a hybrid way, with an expectation that you work from the office as required by Service needs.
