Historic Environment Advice Assistant
Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is committed to a career in the historic environment sector and has strong ICT skills? This two-year post offers an exciting opportunity to work with the heritage specialists at Nottinghamshire County Council.
Based in the Historic Environment Record team, you will also be supporting the work of both the archaeology and built heritage specialists. The role will enable you to gain experience in a wide range of our work across the historic environment of Nottinghamshire, including maintaining the Nottinghamshire HER, providing information to the public and dealing with planning-related enquiries.
You must have a keen interest in history and local heritage, be happy working from home and in an office environment and have good IT skills.
