Required to join an established, supportive, multi-disciplinary team co-located with Notts Health Care Trust colleagues. In addition to professional experience of complex case working with service users and carers, you will have knowledge of the issues enshrined in ‘Valuing People’ and the Personalisation agenda. It is essential that you have a good understanding of Person Centred Approaches, Safeguarding Adults and the Mental Capacity Act in order to lead and support team members in these areas of work. You will be competent in effective communication and IT skills. This is a good opportunity to develop skills working at an advanced level, including the opportunity to supervise staff. A variety of relevant training available.
