Administration Assistant
Radcliffe on Trent Infant and Nursery School is a growing and friendly school, where high expectations are set for the staff and children alike. We are seeking to appoint a passionate, motivated and well experienced individual to fill the vacancy of Administration Assistant.
The successful candidate will support the School Business Manager in providing administrative support to the school, parents and children.
Main responsibilities:
- Preparing and distributing the school newsletter.
- School milk and school fruit and vegetable scheme administration duties.
- Processing purchase orders.
- SIMS administration duties.
- School meals administration duties.
- School trips administration duties.
- Updating the school diary and diary dates.
- After school club administration duties.
Personal Specification:
- Experience of working in a school office environment essential.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
- Knowledge of SIMS is very desirable, training will be given.
- Professional and welcoming manner essential.
- Confidence with visitors essential.
- Awareness of the importance of confidentiality and the safeguarding of children essential.
