£25,694 - £34,196 p.a (Depending on experience) pro rata for part time

We require a dynamic, skilled and highly motivated occupational Therapist to work across the Older Adults Community Teams in Newark and Bassetlaw. 

You will be expected to: -

-  Manage a complex caseload including moving and handling, double to single handed care and take on the role as safeguarding investigating officer if appropriate.

-  Support managers to meet the departments’ performance and service delivery requirements, to manage systems effectively and to work positively within a culture of change.

-  The ability to be resilient and effective in supporting staff and managers in the current challenging financial climate. 

Effective communication, organisational and IT skills are essential. You must also be able to work on your own initiative, meet deadlines whilst working under pressure, and have an awareness of community care legislation, policies and procedures particularly around the Care Act 2014.
