30hrs per week (preferably over 5 days but flexible)

Do you have a passion for helping people, are highly organized, meticulous and work well in a team?

We’re on the hunt for a new Business Support Manager to support our work at Self Help UK. This role is responsible for the financial aspects and reporting of the charity, and the day to day running of our offices, resource centre and their processes.

The right person will have the financial skills and experience to prepare monthly management accounts and budgets, the organisational skills and personality to help play a supportive role in a busy office environment to all projects and service users.

To excel in this role, you will have experience operating as a senior business support manager or similar role, demonstrating highly developed influencing skills, gravitas, commercial awareness, flexibility, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience of handling sensitive information with discretion.

Experience working in the charity or public sector may be an advantage but we are looking for someone with some entrepreneurial flare to help develop our new resource centre in the heart of Nottingham.
