Building Cleaning Services in conjunction with the Governing Body are seeking to employ a full time Site Manager to join our existing cleaning team at the site with immediate effect. The successful applicant will be required to clean and maintain the fabric of the school to a high standard and offer a dedicated range of Site Managerial, Cleaning and Janitorial Services. We are looking for a motivated and positive individual to join our positive and pro-active team and embrace our can do attitude to ensuring we provide the best learning environment for the Children, Parents and Staff at the School. Hillside Primary School is part of the Flying High Trust and is situated in the heart of Hucknall and is a large Primary School catering for the educational needs of children aged between 3 & 11 years old. The successful candidate will be expected to work a split shift between the hours of 6am – 9.24am and 2.54pm -6.30pm, Monday to Friday. The Role of Site Manager is very demanding and the successful candidate will be expected to deliver the full range of Site Management, Maintenance, Janitorial and cleaning duties as laid down by the site. The Successful candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be able to demonstrate a practicable knowledge of DIY and work based Health and Safety for both him/herself and others in a workplace environment. The role requires working a split shift and the successful candidate will be required to act as one of the main key holders for the school, as well as having responsibility for securing the site daily.
