The White Hills Park Trust is a partnership between two schools who share one Board of Trustees and one Executive Principal. The Trust was formed to maintain the strengths of a small school with all the opportunities of a large institution.
We are seeking to appoint for September 2019, an enthusiastic, confident and highly motivated administrator who is seeking the flexibility of part-time work to support the Local Governing Bodies at our two schools, Alderman White School and Bramcote College.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Being the point of contact for the Chairs of the Local Governing Bodies
- Preparing, typing and distributing agendas and associated paperwork
- Taking of and typing of minutes at 5 meetings per Local Governing Body per year
- Maintaining accurate records of the Governing Bodies and their membership
- Advising the Governing Bodies on procedural issues and constitutional matters
- Attending termly Clerks’ briefings
The post will be term time only based on an allocation of approximately 120 hours per annum. Meetings take place at the schools from 6.30 pm to approximately 8.30 pm on a Wednesday. A willingness to work flexible hours is required as the workload is variable.
