Site Manager
37 hours per week (all year round).

Bracken Hill School is an all age Special School for children aged 4 to 18 years, who have a range of complex educational needs with associated social and emotional difficulties, and challenging behaviour.
The Governors are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly committed, enthusiastic and energetic person to join our team to manage the school site, ensuring operational effectiveness whilst carrying out the day-to-day running and management of the school site.
The role includes: implementation of Health & Safety procedures, building maintenance, overseeing the site security, supervision of the cleaning staff, record keeping, moving and handling of objects and deliveries. Previous site experience is essential and a background of working in schools would be desirable for this role. Basic literacy and numeracy and IT/computer skills are essential for this role. Job specific training will be provided if required.
Informal visits are recommended but not essential.
