Following the retirement of the existing headteacher, the governors are seeking to appoint a successor with enthusiasm, drive and dynamism to lead our vibrant school.

Required from September, we are seeking an excellent and forward-thinking practitioner to lead our talented team. 

Situated on the Nottinghamshire/Leicestershire border, we are 15 minutes from West Bridgford, 10 minutes from Clifton and 5 minutes from Loughborough. 

The person we are looking for will be:

• A hardworking and nurturing practitioner who is passionate about standards and has high expectations

• A visionary leader who can build on our current strengths and continue to drive the process of school development and improvement

• Able to lead creatively, to inspire and further develop our committed and hardworking staff

• Committed to leading by working in partnership with pupils, staff, parents, governors and other stakeholders

• Able to communicate effectively and sensitively with all members of our school community and promote the school and its values.
