This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced children’s services professional to lead Family Care through a period of significant change.

A professional qualification in management and social work, combined with extensive senior management experience gained in a statutory private or third sector is essential.  You will have the skills and drive to translate vision into implementable plans, your ability to generate new income streams, manage budgets and engage a wide range of stakeholders will equip you to lead the delivery of our purpose and vision.

Some weekend and evening work may be required.

The post holder will join an energetic management team, supported by committed trustees.

Remuneration is dependent on experience and benefits include generous leave entitlement and Nottinghamshire County Council’s pension scheme. Our ethos and values mean it is a supportive place to work, providing an excellent opportunity for you to make a real difference to children’s futures.
