Are you an experienced or aspiring deputy head teacher looking for a new challenge?

Hillside are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Deputy Head teacher to join our staff team who can consistently demonstrate outstanding classroom practice and leadership and will take a pivotal role in our dynamic Strategic Leadership Team. This is a demanding role that requires superb communication skills and the ability to inspire others. You will have a clear vision of excellence in primary education and be passionate about all children maximising their potential.

Our Deputy Head will:

•Be an inspirational and enthusiastic professional who will provide vision, strong leadership and direction

•Work in partnership with pupils, staff, governors, parents and the wider community

•Have forward thinking ideas and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure positive outcomes for our children

•Lead excellence in teaching and learning

•Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and energy to help lead our dedicated staff

•Be passionate, lead by example, have high expectations of both staff and pupils
