Fixed Term Business Support Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Assistant to work in the Communications & Marketing Team, to support the monitoring of media activity and supporting the team.
Effective and efficient organisational skills are key to this role progressing actions as appropriate. You will need to have excellent literacy skills and the ability to undertake research to assist the media team.
You will need to be able to use your own initiative, have exceptional time-management skills, and enjoy working under pressure with frequently conflicting demands. You will need to flexible and able to prioritise your work load to meet deadlines. You will need to be proficient in using electronic systems such as spreadsheets and databases. You will receive training on our media monitoring system, and will be expected to oversee the system and run regular reports.
