Temporary Quality Monitoring Officer
Do you care about the quality of care given to people in residential settings or in their own homes? In Nottinghamshire around of 92% of providers are rated as good or outstanding by the Care Quality Commission but we want to increase this figure. We are looking for dynamic people to join our team who will be working proactively, and in partnership, with a range of independent sector Social Care providers to help us achieve this.
Ideally you will have direct experience of working with either older or younger adults in a residential or home care setting. The role will include the monitoring of services, to ensure the delivery of high standards of care, so you will be working directly with providers to support any required improvements. Experience of report writing and an understanding of performance indicators is essential. You must be able to work under pressure, both independently as well as in collaboration, and be sensitive to the confidential nature of the work.
