We are looking for a teacher or teachers who are able to teach in KS1 and or Upper KS2 to support class teachers in boosting targeted pupils. This would be to start in January 2017 or earlier if possible. The hours are dependent upon what potential teachers can offer. Ideally we would like someone who can provide teaching support in KS1 every morning and for 2 or 3 half days in upper KS2. This can either be covered by one person or by 2 people supporting different key stages.

The successful candidate will:

  • have an excellent knowledge of the KS1 or KS2 curriculum
  • have standards of teaching
  • believe in the potential of all children
  • be a team player who can work closely with colleagues
  • be able to motivate and inspire
  • be able to form trusting relationships with parents
