£7.76 - £8.39 A Living Wage Allowance is payable on all hours worked to bring the pay rate for this post up to a minimum of £8.25 per hour, the maximum rate of pay is £8.39 per hour

We are looking for an individuals with excellent customer care, organisational and word processing skills to work on a busy reception/switchboard and undertake a range of general clerical duties. 

The successful applicant will be able to maintain a calm disposition, have a pleasant telephone manner, be able to work efficiently unsupervised and deal with clients and staff courteously and professionally. 

Clayfields House is a secure children’s home which aims to offer the highest standards in all areas of its work. It accommodates young people between the ages of 11 and 17 years who may be accommodated for welfare reasons, on remand or serving sentences following convictions. 

The reception is covered seven days a week including bank holidays.

Appointment to this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
