Day Service Leader
Based within Day Services North, and required to work across a district at different buildings, you will be responsible for assisting in the day to day management of the service. You will be able to effectively manage staffing, premises and equipment and be able to lead, supervise, guide and support colleagues. You will be enthusiastic and flexible and be able to work across all service user groups within a geographical area. You will have a minimum of three years experience of the service area and experience of planning, organising and delivering complex activities to a wide range of service users. You must be able to drive.
A management or social care qualification (equivalent to NVQ 3) is an essential requirement, as is the ability to offer effective management of services and systems to a high standard.
You must be able to work effectively, both as a team member and on your own initiative and set an excellent example of Customer Care for other staff.
