Brinsley Primary & Nursery School require a confident and motivated individual to join our administration team from 10th July 2017.

Based in the main reception of a busy primary school office your role will be wide ranging and challenging and you will need excellent organisational and communication skills.

Experience of working in a busy office environment, proven administration/clerical and excellent word processing/touch typing skills, along with competence in the use of IT software systems are essential. Knowledge of SIMS/Attendance is desirable but training is available. The successful applicant will be in charge of monitoring attendance, holiday requests and all related correspondence.

The successful application will be required to minute Governor’s meeting (one per half term) after school hours and will also be a school first aider; training will be provided.

You need to be a team player, as well as being able to work with minimal supervision, prioritise your own work load, handling cash and cope under pressure to meet deadlines.
