Bassetlaw CLDT are looking for two enthusiastic and highly motivated, qualified social workers. You should have an interest in, and preferably experience, of working with adults with learning disabilities and their carers. The posts are within an established, supportive, multi-disciplinary team which provides an assessment and care management service.

Effective communication, organisational and IT skills are essential. You must also be able to work on your own initiative, meet deadlines whilst working under pressure, and have an awareness of the relevant legislative framework within which we work eg Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005. You will also have a good awareness and knowledge of Adult Safeguarding . You can expect to receive regular supervision and to access professional development opportunities. Applicants must have a recognised Social work qualification and be registered (or in the process of being registered) with the HCPC.
