Are you interested in being part of a team that is committed to ensuring the best outcomes for children and young adults who have severe and /or profound and multiple learning difficulties? We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed  Health Care Assistant, to work with us at Carlton Digby;  a brand new, purpose built school for pupils aged three to nineteen, to help us ensure that all our pupils can be their best.

We are a maintained special school, located in Mapperley, with 68 pupils on roll from a wide catchment area. We strive to work as a team to achieve the best possible outcomes for pupils.  The post will primarily involve supporting the medical and therapy needs of pupils in school, with additional support for educational needs. The post will include responsibility for administration of medication. The successful candidate must have experience, knowledge and understanding of health care issues, together with previous experience of working with children/young adults with complex needs.  On-going training will be provided to assist in your continued professional development.
