Team Leader – Children and Teen Advocates
18 hours per week
Providing support to women and their children experiencing or escaping abuse throughout Nottingham and region.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team in an organisation which is at the forefront of domestic violence support. The appointed person will have a good understanding of the issues faced by hard to engage groups.
The Team Leader will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the Children and Teen Advocate staff team - supported by the Head of Service. Ensuring compliance with the service requirements as set out in the service specification, SLA and performance contract. The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring the provision of a high quality support service by the staff team to children and teenagers experiencing Domestic Violence and Abuse.
