An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional, enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated Business Support Administrator to join our Central Services team. The successful candidate will be required to carry out reception / front of house duties in a friendly and professional manner as well as provide clerical and administrative support within the wider team. This role will support our Business Systems Support Officers’ Team with work of a more technical nature. An interest in information technology and a desire to work creatively with software packages is therefore essential.

You will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to provide high quality customer service to colleagues and business users. The successful candidate will need to be able to work on their own initiative, be able to multi task, have exceptional time-management skills and enjoy working as part of a team and on their own.

You will be organised and able to problem-solve and signpost queries effectively. Experience of using Microsoft Office packages, i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel and SharePoint to an advanced level is essential.
