National Church of England Academy is seeking to appoint a Post 16 Administrator. This is a temporary position, for six months and is based at Hucknall Sixth Form Centre in the centre of Hucknall. 

We are looking for a motivated individual to provide a high-quality administrative service which will also include some supervision of our sixth form students in the learning resource centre. Additional responsibilities include supporting the main office reception during busy periods.

You will work alongside a team of colleagues providing support in a number of areas and in particular working closely with the Head of Hucknall Sixth Form Centre to ensure the smooth operation of the centre. 

Working within a busy sixth form centre, you will be dynamic in your approach to prioritising, be attentive to detail and have superb organisational skills.  Alongside that, candidates should be able to work under pressure to strict deadlines and have excellent communication skills.
