We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner with a minimum of two years working with children, young people, and their families to join our team. The Rapid Assessment Workers are a key part of the Early Help Unit, undertaking triage assessments and delivering rapid interventions to children and young people. The key parts of the role include:

    You will have excellent communication skills to work with a range of people including children, young people, parent’s, colleagues, other professionals, and managers. You will be able to work well with colleagues as well as on your own initiative. In return you will be part of a supportive team, have a robust induction and have the opportunity for ongoing professional development. This role also has the benefit of hybrid working.
