Catering Assistant

The Joseph Whitaker School is a popular 11-18 school, in Rainworth, a village just outside of Mansfield. It serves the three local villages of Blidworth, Rainworth and Ravenshead and has around 1360 students.
The Governors are seeking to appoint a catering assistant who is a good team player, to work with the School Catering manager and kitchen team. The job involves general food preparation, serving meals, washing up, cleaning duties and the manual handling of tables and chairs. You will need to understand the importance of health and hygiene, and have a positive attitude to work in a fast-paced working environment.
The working pattern is: Wednesday 11:30am - 2:30pm, Thursday and Friday 8:00am - 2:30pm.
