Crescent Primary School is an ‘Outstanding’ school (Ofsted 2018) with the ethos of ‘Happiness, Success & Learning for Life’ being the focus of our caring, inclusive school. The Governing Body are seeking to appoint 4 x personal care assistants to join our hardworking and dedicated team of staff. The successful candidates will work primarily with one pupil requiring personal care and targeted support. The posts are temporary and shall cease if the named children no longer attend the school.

We are seeking committed individuals who have:

•  Experience of working in schools and supporting children with SEND
•  Experience & confidence to work with visiting professionals
•  A minimum of level 4 (C) GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
•  Be able to use their own initiative and be able to adapt the planning/session where required for the individual child
•  Can communicate well with young children
•  The drive to  support children to achieve progress and be the best version of themselves
