We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and innovative teaching assistant who will join our Flourish / SEND team and help to provide a supportive learning environment to our students. This role involves working on a one-to-one basis as well as planning and delivering small group sessions and supporting teachers in the classroom. One aspect of the roles will be to drive forward literacy and numeracy, and to support students who need to catch up with their literacy and numeracy primarily in year 7.


You will be a dedicated individual with a passion for education, high expectations for all students and a clear ability to forge positive relationships with young people. We are looking for an ‘outstanding practitioner’, who is committed to ensuring that all students are supported, helping them to achieve and enjoy learning to the best of their ability.

The successful applicant will join a team of supportive, hard-working and talented teachers and education support staff who put students first in their quest to provide the very best learning experiences for all.
