Business Support Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen to employ a professional, enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated person to join our Central Services team. You will be required to carry out reception/ front of house duties in a friendly and professional manner as well as provide clerical and administrative support within the wider team.
You will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to provide high quality customer service to colleagues and business users. You will need to have good initiative, be able to multitask, have exceptional time-management skills and enjoy working as part of a team and on their own.
You will be organised and able to problem-solve and signpost queries effectively. Experience of using Microsoft Office packages, i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel and SharePoint is essential.
The working pattern is as follows: Wednesday 13:00 – 17:00, Thursday 8:30 – 17:00, and Friday 8:30 – 16:30.
